SPR# MIAS5WZKYJ - This fix allows for OS/390 region sizes under 2G with the Notes.ini variable "OS390_IGNORE_REGION_SIZE". If OS390_IGNORE_REGION_SIZE is set equal to "1", the region size message will not be displayed if the system tries to map shared memory and there is no available address to map the shared memory to. The region size message will still be displayed as a warning at server startup.
This SPR also removes a panic in the shared memory allocation code. When there is no memory available and the request to map shared memory to an address fails, the memory request will return an error instead of panicking.
